Anyone else missing DSC from QF domestic flights in past few days? My last batch from flights taken in September posted DSC in less than 48 hours. Most recent flights 5 days ago and still waiting…

A friend has noticed some have stopped posting recently as well, from last week and this week. Family members also missing base points and SCs from EK flights a few weeks ago

Domestic flight on the 8th, DSC posted on 9th.

if I book BNE SYD NAN return flying QF metal on the domestic legs and QF ticket but FJ metal on the international legs, would I receive double status credits for the domestic sectors if I book and fly during the promotion period?

I have a question, if one of the flights on a return multi city booking is outside of the window, do I get dsc for the 3 flights within the window, thanks Andrew

when will be the next promo of this?

is jetstar part of this as well (it has QF code)

Not that hard, just keep your claim clear and succinct:
  • On DD/MM/YY I registered for the Qantas Double Status Credits promotion - see registration email attached
  • On DD/MM/YY (within DSC promo booking window) I booked CNS-BNE-MEL as part of PNR XXYYZZ departing DD/MM/YY - see original eticket attached
  • On 26/08/23 my booking was involuntarily changed by Qantas to a direct CNS-MEL flight - ideally attach a copy of the change email, if you have one
  • I have since flown and received 38 status credits for this direct flight - see boarding pass attached
  • I wish to request an original routing credit of 28 status credits for CNS-BNE and 28 status credits for BNE-MEL for the flights as originally booked
  • I would also like to request an additional 28 + 28 status credits per the terms of the Double Status Credits promotion.
If you lodge this via email with all the docs, wait a week, and then call the FF team and quote the SR number, I would wager money the SC are posted on the spot.

I've done this several times and never had an issue - there's a lot of scaremongering on AFF around ORC/DSC situations, but 99% of agents can handle this if your message is clear and you provide every piece of documentation. If you happen to get a dud agent who wants to argue it, just HUACA.

FYI this worked a treat - SC credited same day I sent the email, thanks!

Aye that's good the hear. I'll be sure to post my results when the time comes!

Thanks friends
Update about my 10 DSC: they came through eventually after a lot of back and forth with QFF. I was told multiple times they’d be posted, resubmitted docs etc.

The Tl;dr of it all was I bought a $50 voucher outside of DSC period, used it during the DSC period for an eligible flight, had to chase the bonus many times but came through eventually. Thanks friends!

Getting awfully close to LTG, so my flights before 28 February will be QF (and DSC’s)
What will you opt for your Loyalty Bonus given that you'd be LTG by then?

EXCLUSIVE OFFER - Offer expires: 20 Jan 2025

- Earn up to 200,000 bonus Velocity Points*
- Enjoy unlimited complimentary access to Priority Pass lounges worldwide
- Earn up to 3 Citi reward Points per dollar uncapped

*Terms And Conditions Apply

I won't get 395 SC's this membership year in order to access the Loyalty Bonus.

I'm aiming for the remaining 131 SC's now (in this DSC offer period and in my QF membership year which ends 28 February) or if I haven't got enough SC's by then, I'll wait for the 2024 QF DSC offer and then achieve them. Then the monkey is off my back
