Qantas double status credits: Register & book between 12-18 March 2025

Anyone have any experience how DSCs might credit for this route (or something similar) please: QF3 SYD-AKL connecting to QF5763 AKL-CHC operated by JetStar

Wondering if QF will/can somehow split out the AKL-CHC points and DSCs?

That fare is already only earning SC on the SYD>AKL leg.

First and final reply as I'm now aware there's a separate discussion.

People don't usually book a sale flight to just go to a lounge? Generally most would have reasons to travel.
No. Of course not... Hell no. Many of them are just seating areas at best. However, it forms part of the service package that you're paying for, and expecting. The overall deal just seems to get worse year over year.

They're sending everyone to the Emirates Lounge though. Honestly, it's an upgrade!
I must've missed that. Good to know.

He may also be a stickler for the T&Cs?
That is going to be the interesting thing for everyone!

I spent so long on hold to the call centre on the last evening that I didn't actually get to make any banker bookings this time, I've still got one left from the October 24 round but will keep that for my next QFF year starting May 1st.

Did you watch it via a movie voucher, or did you just visit a regional cinema?

I actually booked the wrong show and had to get a movie voucher to fight club for another screening
Did you have to delay your movie session for a week or so later before rebooking?

My PER-MEL-PER (19/3 - 23/3) DSCs just came through. A little late, but never mind.

Given my forward bookings made in the DSC booking window, I should (for a membership year ending 30 Nov):
Retain G by end-Apr;
Get P by end-Sep; and
Get LTG by end-Sep.

I's a 'appy bunny!
