Where's my bonus offers!!!!!

Come on - I'm running low on coffee and really don't want to buy it without the bonus 500 points

Where there is smoke, there is usually fire.... I guess from your example it looks more than possible that there is some sharing of purchase history from the HSBC QEDRCC to the Woolworths group.... After all, is this not the reason they offer "loyalty" promotions and offers as a trade off of having you share your spending habits...

1 x offer from 27 April (was not in the country to take advantage of it)
1 x offer from 14 March (was not in the country to take advantage of it)
1 x offer from December 2010 in the Quarterly Statement (took advantage of that)
1 x offer from September 2010 (which I took advantage of)
1 x double points offer for Woolworths and Big W from July 2010
1 x Double DSE points in June 2010
1 x Double Big W points in June 2010
1 x bonus offer in June Quarterly Statement
1 x Mothers Day Bonus in May 2010
1 x Double Big W points in April 2010
1 x bonus points in March 2010 for Woolworths
1 x bonus points in March 2010 for Big W
And then more double points for both W and Big W in Feb and Jan.

Looks like they stopped liking me late last year. The only thing that changed was me getting the WOW card in December. Considering I don't really use the card (stick with my Amex) who knows why they've stopped sharing the love.

Assuming you’re talking about the orange card and not the CC, most here got the card when they were still available in shops… so it was instant, but I can’t imagine they’d take that long to send you a card out, other than them having to print your name on it now. I think it’s a 2-week turnaround usually.

The card is still instant, its just cardboard, I suspect its the debit or credit card!

I was under the impression if you signed up online you were sent a plastic card… and I know if you ask for a replacement it says it’ll take 2 weeks, and I can’t believe they’d take 2 weeks to send out a piece of cardboard

I was getting an offer a week most weeks, and decent ones at that ie spend $30 on beer get 300 points or the spend $x dollars at Woolworths get y bonus points. Then I got one which I knew i couldn't be bothered using, double points at BWS and didn't get any for a few weeks.

Then, I applied for the credit card and this week I got two offers - birthday 100 bonus points if I spend anywhere and 200 bonus points for $30 on beer at BWS. Hopefully the drought is over.

We are close to the quarterly offers, so the weekly ones tend to dry up!

Evidence has suggested that people who did not scan were given incentives to 'shop at WOW stores' again.

I've tried everything. Scanning for every single transaction, even under $30, and not scanning for 2 months. Seems to do zip in my case. Maybe they've decided I'm not needing more points

Only 6 more hours to see if I am required to shop at the Woolworths group in the coming week.
