All i have heard is it will be mid year... nothing more than that.

Just got my email from Everyday Rewards advising me of the next couple weeks fuel savings I can get (2 packs of strepsils gives me 10¢ off fuel), and noticed this little blurb at the bottom. Don't think it was mentioned in the last email.

Bugger! Going to start to use my card now. I never use it unless it's over $30 (so i can get the fuel voucher) as I don't want them to have marketing information :P

The marketing info they have on me says that if they offer big fuel savings for over $100 of meat or vegies I wont bite, because I'm just feeding myself, not a family. So it's rare I get a chance to use a 10¢ offer.

Somehow I don't reckon they'll give back-points... and I hope at least at the start they offer more than 1-point-per-$. But that's not likely is it.

Maybe do not use your card at all then. For if the tx is over $30, a voucher is printed on the docket.

If you use the card....it does not show on the docket.
Personally I find the dockets better because if I am in my car and about to fill up I know whether I have a valid voucher or not...vs on the plastic I have to guess.

You can look your e-vouchers up online.
This is what I have started doing... I was getting targeted with offers of 10-20c off fuel but didn't know it. I would fill up with smaller amounts, not maximising the discount.

Hmm, I might have to drag mine out of the shoebox it resides in. I signed up originally to get the 10c a litre sign-up offer, and then, well, never really used it again!

Yes one can.

But that is not helpful when one is in the car thinking about filling up.

Whereas I always have my wallet on me.

So for convenience I have stopped scanning the card. But if I am missing out on bonus 10to 20 cent discounts I mihght have to start scanning again!!

Also if they start handing out FF points and you have to use it (eg as with Fly Buys)...I will start swiping again.

Register your card number on the website and enter an email address you check at least weekly. They'll send offers, often targeted just to specific cards, where you buy a particular brand and get a good deal, plus bigger fuel savings, up to 10¢ I have seen.

The latest was the Strepsils packs (2 x 36-pack) for $14, gets you a 10¢ fuel voucher, or at least it gets me one. The savings are available in every store, not sure if the 10¢ voucher is available to everyone though. The great thing about the offer was that one of the Strepsils boxes actually costs $16 on it's own, but you can get two of them for less than one. Must of been overlooked, I was certainly happy with it though.

I have seen this happen a few times on the buy x, pay y offers at Coles and Woolworths.

I spotted a new Everyday Rewards brochure in my local Woolworths which has the details of the QFF earning (though doesn't outline when it actually happens - I suspect they put it out early). Quoting from the brochure:

That's a lot of FF points going to enter the market... hmmm.

That's a lot of families dreaming of trying to find classic cheap seats during school holidays.

They aren't going to get very far with approx 800-1000 points per month...
Krisflyer Westpac card could not have been released at a better time.

I'll have to look for these new brochures. I just checked online and there is no change to the account section on the Every Day Rewards website. It wont let me log in from Safari though, they need to fix their shoddy website.

Nothing new in the Safeway I was in today. If the brochures are in some stores, the launch can't be too far away.
