I don't think so. As far as I know, sustainable delivery is an option for Qantas Marketplace, not Qantas Wine.

That said, if you need wine glasses to go with your wine, there's 100+ choices on Marketplace

If my memory serves me correctly I was able to add sustainable delivery to an order over the phone with one of the wine agents.
