Qantas Green frequent flyer tier

I don't think so. As far as I know, sustainable delivery is an option for Qantas Marketplace, not Qantas Wine.

That said, if you need wine glasses to go with your wine, there's 100+ choices on Marketplace 🙂

As mentioned earlier, SYD+1 had our 2nd Tassie holiday home offset sustainably delivered yesterday, but so far only the leaf for the offset has posted (plus the 510 points for the purchase)…😳

Pleased to say the 2nd leaf for the sustainable delivery posted today - after 48hrs (despite the Ts&Cs saying 24hrs).

Anyway, it still works similar to this.

Shocked to see the cost of the home (no car) offset in ACT is so much - given I understood 100% of energy is already sourced from renewables?

Must be the Canberra Tax on top 😡 - I may have to collect my last green leaf from a green hotel in Byron instead.

Or just offset your Tassie holiday home? But get in before they go up again.

I'm trying to combine sustainable delivery with either the home offset or the give back purchases, but I'm not seeing how you can add that as an option when checking out.

Any hints?

Never mind. Figured it out - not an option when checking out, have to add it from the green leaf choices (I think 🤞)

Requalified for green tier however no option to select my reward and has been >21 days since requalifying. Anyone else been in this situation before and is the only way to get this fixed is via call centre?

Just thought I'd add another data point here. I re-qualified for green tier for what is my third (and probably last) time. The qualifying activities I took were:
  • Carbon offset on a recent SYD > MEL flight
  • Donating points to OzHarvest
  • Staying at a sustainable hotel in Sydney (which worked out well as it was booked during the 5000 bonus point promotion using my $100 QF hotel voucher from Points Club+ meaning it was just $150 out of pocket)
  • Purchasing a bottle of "sustainable" wine (in my case buying a bottle of Hewitson Shiraz Private Cellar Falkenberg 2021 for $8.50 after applying the $50 Qantas wine voucher and 10% off discount as Points Club+ member which isn't too bad considering it also came with 1,000 bonus points)
  • Completing the sustainability report in that food app whose name escapes me
About 3 days after completing the final qualifying activity (buying the wine) I received notification that I re-qualified for Green tier and was able to select the 50 status credit bonus online.=

I am guessing there was no banner that appeared when you sign in to your Qantas account on the desktop? That's usually how you can select that option. Relatedly, is this your first time qualifying or have you just re-qualified? The reason I ask was last year I re-qualified, and had the same issue as you. It required elevating a couple of times with Qantas before they manually credited me the 50 status credits.
