Qantas Points Not Posting?

Every time someone posts this my stupid brain sings "Not provided, not provided" to the tune of "Hot Potato" by The Wiggles. I blame the children.
Perhaps Qantas is documenting the service they provided every time you flew them? šŸ¤”

I'm getting these not provided but don't have the Qantas wellbeing app

I have also not received points for RedPlanet - generally these have posted within 24 hours.

As a contrast SWMBO has received RedPlanet points in the last few days,

I did 3 transfers from Accor ALL in January. The first 2 credited to QFF within about 3 days. The 3rd one has just credited today despite the points leaving my ALL account on 20 January šŸ™„ Typically inconsistent!

I've noticed QF -> ALL has also hit a bit of a bottleneck. flight points not posting fast. I just assume they're slowly getting the interfaces back online correctly. I get the feeling there's been an API change somewhere along the lines.

Slightly OT but thought I'd ask: are transfers to Qantas from Accor ALL worth it compared to the alternative of redeeming 2000 ALL points for 40 EUR discount?

Yes, it now very much seems a case of YMMV. What does seem consistent is Wellbeing is not well (and hasn't been for some time)!

You ought to be able answer that yourself or whoever is pondering the pros and cons.

The one advantage of ALL Accor is the fixed 2000 pts = ā‚¬40 discount (but it kind of stops there eg no amazing aspirational points stay in Tahiti). Otherwise itā€™s fine if your earn and spend Euros but obviously variable on forex for the rest of us depending on where weā€™re staying.

Setting up direct transfer of ALL Accor points to QF (or FB) or manual transfer ultimately comes down to whether you value the net result more than ā‚¬40 / 2000 ALL Accor pts.

2,000 ALL points for 40 EUR ($66 AUD) is pretty decent value, it's effectively 3.3cpp which is not the maximum you could derive from QFF points, but it's way more than the minimum and it's fairly effortless. I wouldn't consider conversion to QFF to be a no-brainer, but if it helps to get to PC then that makes it a bit more compelling.

SYD>LDH comes to mind on that one!

Correct and given the fact that you can use them on almost every booking (as opposed to classic awards where it's a real roll of the dice unless you want to spend a weekend at the HBA QF Club ā˜¹ļø)

I suppose where it could come in are things like upgrades or if you're short a couple points in booking a classic business award (especially as a PC member where the difference in SC earning can be significant, particularly on long haul routes).

Two Redplanet and a Wellbeing transaction appeared in my account overnight.

The Redplanet are up to date, but I am still missing two Wellbeing postings. It's about 30 points so I'm not gunna panic. (Although, if this happens to a million active members that ...)

Yep, one WB activity posted overnight. Think Iā€™m only missing one and another due about now.

How long do Qantas Wine points normally take to post?

I made my first purchase two weeks ago and have already taken delivery but still no points in my account.

Usually pretty quickly. Iā€™ve received points before the wine (and the wine can be next day for me!). But it could be a fortnightly batch cycle.

I've noticed wine points tend to post when the wine is shipped from QF (sometimes a little after). I always assumed this was to allow for the customer to cancel the order before it's been filled. Definitely should have posted within two weeks, but this is an unusual period post the outage.

I do think things are slowly catching up though - this morning my missing DSC from 10ish days ago finally posted (despite later flown qualifying DSC posting normally). Glad I decided to leave it for a month or so before chasing up and now don't have to :)

Should I also be waiting until 24 February for the DSCs from TravelPass?

Im on hold with QFF call centre now about a ORC; the IVR now also mentions 24th Feb. This call is about a simple routing change on a flight booked under the standard DSC (paid cash), wil see how that goes.

I think Im going to wait to 24th to follow up the TravelPass one as it has complications of involving TravelPass DSC, mixed cash & award booking, points upgrade on paid leg and change of routing in both directions! Likely too complicated for any offshore people.

This is so painful - he can see my orginal booking, see the schedule chnage and see that I already received the DCSs for the legs flown. I thought this would be simple. Sounds like Manilla. I am hanging out for these so I an get to platinum and have a hope fo getting HBA/AKL.

Update:
Bonus offer from Beyond Petroleum (BP) and Qantas Wellbeing have posted:

Surprising to see 16 points appear for one date and am pretty sure that doesn't "catch" Qantas up when it comes to missing points. Hopefully they post the remaining points soon for my own wellbeing! šŸ˜‚
