Qantas Red Planet

Another please go to site and set password email...

Sort of ignored the email and logged on to the site. Intro survey waiting for me. Though rather more detail than I am normally "content" with... At least they know my two cars are both older than 1996.

Happy wandering

Fred

Has anyone had much luck with getting a reply from the "support team"? My survey crashed halfway through and when I try resume it gives me a "RP authentication error". Sent the support team an email with details back on the 29th of June but haven't heard back :(

Ooh it's like that is it. I guess I can wave goodbye to the survey

*Edit:
I wonder if they read this thread? Just had a reply saying they're still looking into my problem and I haven't been forgotten.

Just received an invite for a survey. Logged in and without responding to any question, got the message I didn't meet the requirements. Then why send the email! :o

I just hate that. Do you get any points? I think you should get an entry in the prize draw at least. I haven't got the invitation so sounds like my opinions are not required either :(.

Sounds like surveys I get from another nameless survey site...

I got a Red Planet survey today on business related flights and opinions on QF business rewards program options. I finished it but it really just frustrated me asking questions on extremely basic concepts. 200 points this time

I just got pushed out of a survey because I don't use Chrome. WTF!!! What is wrong with Firefox.

Seriously Red Planet, get your cough together.

Lots of surveys and web platforms don't support IE anymore but haven't heard of not supporting Firefox.

I was using chrome when I was 'deselected'. But on a mobile.

Opened one recent survey (not red planet) in IE11, got a message saying I needed to open it in IE11, Chrome or Mozilla.
Re-opened it in Chrome and got the same error. Luckily it had contact details for their support who confirmed they'd made a mistake.

Another survey here also (700 points) but mine would not work on the iPad- only on laptop/desktop using Chrome

I got a survey for SME flying for 200pts. As soon as I said that I have no choice in the airline, I got bumped.

I got bumped from that one too. It annoys me that there is no reward for a failed participation like e-Rewards. Speaking of e-Rewards, that survey fired up in a very similar way to many of the e-Rewards surveys. I wonder if Red Planet is now using the E-Rewards platform?
