Qantas Red Planet

Just completed the survey titled " Project Choice" valued at 200 QFF points.

Another interesting survey evaluating consumer perception of possible new credit cards that are being road tested for attractiveness by the big 4 banks and standalone Amex cards.

This survey once again explored consumers reaction around the ability to earn Status Credits in conjunction with various monthly spending patterns.
Features such as Qantas flight vouchers, complimentary lounge passes, free travel insurance were also offered in some situations.

Naturally the annual fee fluctuated depending On QFF earn rate and additional benefits.

Well finally another survey. Apart from the Portal Launch survey this is the first survey since March.
This one is on Business Innovations & worth 150 points. A good 15 minute survey from DBMConsultants.
Interestingly enough I've just completed another survey from then , recruited over the phone, on Business Financial Services. A much longer survey but covering similar topics just expanded.
The prize was a minted cuckoo wasp dollar coin. 30,000 minted so probably better than 150 points.

is the minted cuckoo wasp dollar coin from Perth Mint??

I got the survey.
Started it and then about 5 mins in they said I was not in the right demographic, so survey ended and no points!

Yes the Perth Mint. All carded up with a coloured print of the wasp. A very flash looking coin. I've given it the daughter (11yo) of my practice manager so no longer have it in my possession.
Certainly would have kept it if her eyes had not popped out of her head when she saw it. Told her she could not take it out of the plastic wrap as it would then only be worth a dollar & by the time she had grand kids it would probably be worth $100. She was suitably impressed & I'm certain it was bound for "show & tell".

Exactly the same thing happened to me when I did the business innovation survey last week. Was feeling the love, then felt used and abused very quickly!

I just did this as I didn't have time to yesterday - as well as the offerings you mentioned they also included access to priority security, priority access to upgrades, discounted QP membership - I think one option was even complementary QP, and access to extra availability of classic awards :(

Indeed!
I found some of the options like priority security screening not overly compelling if one has status anyway, although for some may be attractive addition to the credit card.

I just wish one of the big banks ( or Amex) just launch a Credit card with some of these new initiatives.

None of the 7 banks of 3 offerings included a sign up bonus, and as you say - many of the options were worthless for FFers holding status

I just got an email for Project Choice - took just on 20 mins for 200 points. They won't be happy with my CC related 8 questions, I didn't like any of them (for reasons discussed above by Steady and Cool Cat Phil)

I completed the same last night.

Maybe they're throttling responses so they don't have a mass-hack event  ??

(reminds me, where's my printed Census paper??...)

Regards,

BD

The last 2 surveys I've gotten (both in the last week), both kicked me out after 2 or 3 questions. No points.
