Qantas Red Planet

Re: Red planet research - online surveys for QFF points

Are you a non-smoker with a GSOH? If so you've just completed your dating profile. Expect heaps of responses from Svetlana and her friends.

But according to the emails I receive promoting solutions, I seem to be lacking in length and performance of certain anatomy parts.

I've heard the English don't need those 'enhancements' because they always keep a stiff upper lip. :p

Re: Red planet research - online surveys for QFF points

Well, I have given up.

Why keep sending me invitations and then boot me out? Surely they know enough about me to only send me the ones I qualify for! Qantas knows me better than I know myself.

The last couple of invitations I just deleted the email without opening it.

I'll return when they offer points to those who attempt a survey rather than complete one; otherwise it will take an offer of 5,000+ to convince me to try again.

I suspect I'll be waiting a long time.

I'm going to do that too. Just got screened out of project yoghurt...

+1. Just got screened out of the same survey.

Error message appears: "Unfortunately you don't met the criteria"

And yet, I didn't even answer a single question.

Also screened out of Project Yoghurt tonight, AFTER what must have been a dozen questions asking about preferred yoghurts and yoghurt buying habits over recent months.. hmmmm...

Oh. That's interesting. Could be a bit of a scam really. And a way to avoid awarding points - screen people out at the last question and no need to award points ......

Indeed, when there are several questions asking me which yoghurts I have purchased in the past month (selecting by ticking a brand name from several choices), indicating what size tubs (large, small, individual, multipack) and similar questions it is disingenuous to then screen me out. I am quite sure they will utilise the answers to the questions I provided and will not disregard those responses.

What gets me about surveys like this is that they start out asking whether you purchase a certain product and then go on to assume that you actually consume it ( in the case of yoghurt, I buy it for my kids but as I get a bad reaction to it, I don't touch the stuff)

First survey in I dont know how long. So logged on and got this:

You have already completed this questionnaire. Thank you for your cooperation.

What a joke!

Quite upset, I just did like 15 questions in Project Web before being screened out. I would expect that 15 questions would be almost enough for an entire survey...

I'm calling that a rort. I posted earlier that it seems like you answer a lot of marketing and product questions for their benefit and then 'theoretically' screened out so no points awarded. There is nothing to stop them having the very last question being the screening one.

I haven't had anything from Red Planet for a while now. Reading all your recent comments makes me glad of that too. I think mass unsubscriptions are in order to send a message!

Got a survey yesterday that had over 40 questions about makeup and brands and advertising. Took me ages to complete. I better get some points for all the time spend.

I received two today, attempted both; one a review of an ad campaign for a beer (including them using my phone's camera to video me watching the ad) for a total of 350 points and the second Project Energy, regarding Victoria's electricity system (I reside in QLD incidentally) which I was screened out of. Still, will take today's 350 points gleefully.

Received the project energy survey today and for a princely 100 points could complete the survey as long as I was willing to provide copies of my electricity and gas bills. I think they crossed the line on that one so declined and opted out.

Also, don't live in Vic so question why I was even asked
