There's a lesson for life, many organisations try and give an impression that they are premium via their marketing, an impression and actually being premium are not the same. At the end of the day credit cards are mass-market commodity products, despite what your bank may try and convince you.I have got credit cards in the past, and most of the time, I am pretty sure they are at least based in Australia, but to ship off to the call center which sounded like it was connected with 100 year old copper lines doesn't give a good impressions on Qantas, especially since they are trying to move into the premium Credit card market
