Interesting question. QF did state that during the outage window they won't be able to prioriorise status for phone calls, which suggests the outage won't even be able to provide that information to other systems... so will upgrade requests be properly processed during the twelve hour window?With the FF system undergoing overnight maintenance tonight, I wonder if a whole heap of upgrade requests are simply going to be discarded.
