Qantas Wine latest offering

New website is up, the BOGOF on the Seppelt Moyston Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 is a very good deal, that won't last long.

Thanks, took some of that great deal.

Reasonable price, and a reasonable drop, but I'm not that tempted given I already have too much wine at home.

I think it is time for an AFF BBQ to drink it all :p

What is too much wine! and?

I am out of cellar space :p

Looking at a rough list of what I have and the rough "drink by" dates, I am chasing my tail to drink everything in the recommended time... It doesn't help that I am not home very much.

When and where ? :p

Good question - may need to work out a date and start a thread

Our 150 bottle capacity is at a limit at this moment after a Yarra trip for New Year and I have a few of these Seppelt in the collection so I will leave them for others to grab.

No idea if we have a limit or not but theres no room in the fridges or under any of the beds currently. Trying hard to make some space.

Need a quick reality check- just paid $450 including delivery for 5 NV Pol Rogers and 1 Winston Churchill.

Was an impulse but but I think the numbers are ok. Any thoughts?

we can get A 6 pack of Pol for about $300 currently in Qld.. So $50 a bottle. Do you value the Winnie at under $200 a bottle? Also currently the Vintage 2002 Pol is under $100 a bottle in a 6 pack buy... Really great value.

Vintage Cellars and they also have a triple points offer at present.. So it works out spend $169 and get a $25 bonus share..

It depends on how much you value the WC. I value that about 150 and the pol at 55... So you're close!

Sorry to say, that isn't a bargain but also not a rip-off. Given the points too, I'd say break even. What year was the WC?
