Qantas Wine latest offering

Has anyone had any issues getting the 2000 points bonus on the first dozen bottles ordered? I have signed my daughter up and she has bought her first 18 bottles early last month but there is no sign of the bonus :(

Not here. Just bought my second case of 6 and the bonus posted at the same time as the base points.

Three weeks since I ordered the Mystery Mixed Red Dozen. Still no sign of it. It was reordered apparently but they can't tell me when it's going to turn up.

Not very good service!

Mine arrived yesterday, was ordered last week along with 2x12 bottle cartons of other red wine.

I also received a bonus of 12 bottles of Red Claw something or other ... but upon closer inspection, the wine was not intended for me, and the delivery person had left them at our place accidentally! It's addressed to a couple of streets away. Guess I'll take a drive one night and deliver them. Seems easier than mucking about rining someone to pick them up and re-deliver (and I can't in good conscience keep something that isn't addressed to me, and has a clear address for the intended recipient on it).

How luck it was left at your place. Somebody else may have kept that extra dozen.

Have you rung Epiqure to chase up?

Yes, rang this morning. They said the order was only placed last week, which is partly true. The first order placed 3 weeks ago was damaged in transit and was never delivered to me. Epiqure sent me another email (showing all 13 bottles of my "Mystery" wine order) which was dated last week so the process starts all over again. They said it would take about three days from when the order is despatched until it arrives but couldn't tell me when that would be. No apologies, nothing. Hopefully I might get my wine this time.

Just got an email saying it's been despatched. Hopefully the call this morning had something to do with it but I'll probably never know because they're not very good at ringing me back when I leave my phone number.

At least you can track it on Auspost now.

Just make sure you have not tested any of the Mystery Reds before taking that drive...!!!
Would you do the same if it was a dozen bottles of Billecart ? (joking)
I'm sure the correct recipient will be most grateful of your honesty. ;)
