Not wishing to push this further OT but...
As it was a social event listed on this AFF forum - IMO no..... that is only my opinion
but I am allowed to have it - as are those who look at it differently
My thoughts are that photos of venues, people / a group enjoying themselves and food etc, shows a lot more to new comers / members then multiple text posts along the lines of; "I will be there in 5", "I am on my way", "I am running late", "I have a grey jacket and am sitting in the corner" do. These posts are part of it, but I don't think they should be all of it - again this is only my opinion
If I hadn't seen photos of penegal or CE before meeting them - I may have said something rude, or ran away screaming :shock:
or more realistically visa versa
I have had a whole lot of fun, met some great people, and learned new tricks from going along to AFF meet ups, and I wish the same for many others.
As for the topic of this thread, it is a shame you wont make it QF WP, I like serfty's idea of answering my own question to get a prize
