QF779 departing Sydney at 1655 and arriving in Canberra at 1750.

I don't know about gold-plated stretch limos, but I'm pretty sure we can all kick in together to organise something. And very likely organise it back again whenever the lunch finishes. Gotta be cheaper than taking a bunch of taxis.
