Roomba, Dysons, Thermomix and other household appliances

We have a Miele and a Dyson vacuum cleaners at home, which work fine for us, but recently got a Tineco Floor One S3 Smart Wet Dry Vacuum cleaner, which has been a game changer. It is a vacuum cleaner and mop in one, and immensely helps with our tiled floors. We had an Ecovac Deebot robot vacuum + mop, however it kept getting stuck and definitely doesn’t clean as well as the Tineco.

Thanks! For Vortex $113 vs Phillips $450 and Ive never tried one before, I just place my order using your link so looking forward to testing it out.
I was going to use price match to get the Vortex Plus at $113 from Myer but they have recently stopped stocking this model. Thought the price was great. I ended up with the Philips Premium XXL (with the gold/copper handle) at 25% off today from Myer. Can't believe today I paid as much as $471 (down from $629) for a benchtop appliance.
Also bought the Philips Series 5000 blender $199 down to $99.

RE: Towels

I part air dry and finish them in the dryer which fluffs them up nicely... and better for the environment / power bill

RE: Vaccum cleaner

Miele Complete C3 Turbo - easily the best vacuum cleaner on the market. Suction is better with bagged vacuums. It will set you back around $500 (lower end) to ~$700, but worth every penny.

What's the difference between silver and gold handle apart from colour and substantial price difference?
Built in programming plus a rack (they call it a Party Kit) that sells for $50ish. After discount there was $100 between them so $50 difference after considering the party kit. Lots of favourable reviews regarding the program functions.

The new Philips Airfryer XXL does the thinking and cooking for you. With Smart Sensing technology, it is the only Airfryer that automatically adjusts time and temperature during cooking for perfectly cooked dishes. Select and enjoy every bite!

It will. But fabric softener is also a water repellent. The opposite of what you want your towels to be.
We stopped using conditioner some years ago, and put in two tablespoons of white vinegar instead. It makes sure the fabric is 'clean' of the coatings that detergents and conditioners have. It works quite well.

We don't have a dryer and I really like our Shark vacuum.

Sheesh, I live in the UK and dry our clothes on our washing line all the time. We do get a fairly hefty breeze though which helps.
