Emails are hit and miss in my experience.

Sometimes they are instant, sometimes they appear hours later and sometimes you don't get them at all.

Same here. Usually they've always been instant but with Vogue offer, I didn't get an email following most of my trigger transaction.

Screen shot of the small shop map? That + your receipt should be sufficient for a disputed transaction.

AMEX are usually good about these misses.

I've only had them not pay out on only one of their offers. This was for the recent VOGUE offer where I purchased some gift cards for Mimco. As gift cards are against the terms and conditions I can't contact them to complain.

All good, got the emails, just been spoilt and always got my emails with in a minute or so :-D

I have made 5 transactions today so far at 3 merchants. All emails received but no logic to the timings;

1 instantaneously received
1 instantaneously and 1 55 mins later at the same merchant
1 after 59 mins and 1 after 61 mins at the same merchant.

So I think patience is the keyword.

And once again, the list of shops participating has changed again!!

I've done a couple so far today many were instant others came through 30 mins or so later but they are coming through. I took a screen shot of the Amex map with my phone for one place that was coming up on Amex's site but had no shop small sticker displayed and got the email 30 mins later so pretty happy.

Four done for me today between 1130 and 1200 and zero confirmations rec'd. I definitely saved to my card ....

At my optometrist today used 3 cards, 3 emails straight away.

Had a little chat with the ladies about Shop Small and they had no idea about the promo but urged them to register any Amex cards they have to take advantage of this promo.

Just paid $2 surcharge per card for opal top ups made me cringe lucky there was still $8 margin in it. I'm assuming the retailer also made a good return doubt it costs $2 to accept Amex for a $20 transaction. Definitely sticking with Woolies and 3 points/$ on my Edge for top ups outside of shop small.

Done several hops today but no confirmation at all... also tried to make another purchase at one listed merchant where the card kept being rejected. Had to use my visa in the end as they didnt accept Amex?
Just wait and see what happens....
