I have never received an SMS always an email. I have received email notifications again this month immediately after making purchases during the promo.

Shop small told me to shop big! Went to small pharmac_, they told me to go to 'the big pharmac_ on Pitt Street' for what I need.

I'm chuffed my favourite car wash supplies shop is on the list

Just purchased from Evatt pharmac_, got the thank-you email from AMEX straight away.
The pharmac_ has no surcharge for AMEX card. sweet!

As I have had no notifications so far, I have just sent an on-line enquiry to AMEX about my registration on 1/11/14 for the promo. I have a screenshot of the registration notification, if they need it. I have discovered that I also have another café (from 2/11/14) that is on the list as well as the one from today.

No email notification here after purchase but 2 credits showed up in amex online on Monday and Tuesday for weekend purchases.
