Slow posting of QFF points and SCs after a JQ flight

Took my first JQ flight in ages on Sat. 5 days later, still no points/SCs, so I've lodged a missing points claim...

Yup. No points/SCs after a week so had to lodge a missing points claim (yet again). Why is is this so difficult? Although, my AY flights have also been slow to post...

Yes but another Tuesday has passed since my flight on 31 August...

Urgh...QFF just rejected my missing points claim for my AY J flights. I mean...really?! Now I have to manually chase it up. They really don't want me to reach LTG coz they know what that'll mean!!

How long are JQ flights taking to post typically?

QFF finally credited my AY flights. Just waiting on the JQ flight (still!) to get me over the LTG line. Sooo close to that finishing line!! Given that my first JQ flight didn't post until I put in a missing points claim, I did the same for my most recent flight 3 days after taking the flight. 8 days later and I'm still waiting... It's like they know this flight is going to get me to LTG and they just don't want me to reach that milestone!!

Maybe JQ are getting better.

Submitted a Missing Points Claim on 25/09/2019 and received an email confirming success on 30/09/2019.

I think that 5 days (including a weekend) is pretty good.

Coming up to four weeks since my last flight and nothing
Have also submitted a missing points claim.
I guess they will turn up eventually

Today was the 14th working day after submitting my missing points claim for my JQ flight and STILL nothing. QFF were so quick to downgrade my status to SG, as I don't have enough SCs to retain WP without that JQ flight. You'd think they'd check if there was a missing points claim that will make the difference but clearly not! It's like they know this last flight will get me to LTG and then they'll have no hold over me any more!! LOL! Well, 10 years of consecutive WP and also only short of retaining this year by 105SCs (without that JQ flight) clearly meant nothing to QFF!
Anyway, looks like I'll be sending a follow-up email tomorrow.

My JQ points and SCs finally credited after chasing it up directly with QFF and needing to send in my boarding pass (what was the point of the online missing miles claim then!). All up, it took a month! And then I learned that I'd miscalculated my lifetime SCs and I'm still 60 short of LTG!! Aaaaaargh!!! 99.6% to LTG...

I flew 6 weeks ago now on JQ put in a points claim after 3 weeks which said I’d get a response in 3 business days! It’s now been another 3 weeks. Does anyone know the best email address to escalate this issue? In this day and age suprised it’s so complex.

Six weeks today since my flight.
I rang them last week on another matter and when mentioning this I was put through to the Phillipines.
The said to wait X number of business days (forgotten how many now) but that that amount wasn’t up yet anyway.
