Have just emailed their enquires address to ask... From what I can tell, we're booked as 'P' fare class.

Not IMHO - always require F pls.

I was on 237 on Sun night which was 77WN so J product identical to J on 350. Sit in F then go sit in J and YES there is still a huge diff.

My recent trips on SQ were Feb 14 218 MEL-SIN then 802 SIN-PEK / 833 PVG-SIN then 237 SIN-MEL. I checked loading of wines for first 3 sectors - this is what was loaded:

Unlike some of those other second rate airlines that run out of F class Champs before even leaving the ground I don't think that ever likely to happen on SQ.

Nope - whatever is used SIN-PEK ir replaced pre dep PEK for return - same with all destinations for 'returning' flights - if it is 'turnaround' flight then catering supplies for both sectors loaded SIN.

Flew VA J SYD - DPS last year: only one bottle of champagne loaded. 7 pax, it did indeed run out before wheels up.

In happier news, have just saved enough points for my first R flight... now just waiting for the seats to be released! Ex CDG I think, any advice welcome!

I really did think about it... But I am choosing the city I'd rather go to over the airport as we're only away for 10 days- & need to be in England for most of the time. That said, if there's only ZRH availability, I'll make it happen!!

Hoping someone here can help... what format does a USB & Video have to be to play your own videos in the IFE in F on 777-300ER?

I have re-watched last years grand final at home and abroad on the tablet with many beers, wine, spirits.... but I can't say I've experienced it drinking Krug yet, and not likely to do so unless flying SQ F.

I feel having it on the big screen in F would enhance the experience of Krug.

there was an option for it in suites on the IFE to use your own media via usb, but I couldnt get it to connect to the tablet via usb... that might have been ambitious over a simple USB stick.
