Anyone seen the following error?

Trying to book a J redemption MEL-BCN for next year, and this error appears when looking towards the end/edge of the available calendar. Sometimes occurs when looking at other, closer dates too.
Yes I've seen that error. Logging out and starting again usually fixes it for me.

And funds back into CC same day as cancellation. It still staggers me how others have so much trouble with cancellations
The problem is not just cancellations. I guess ( Facebook is certainly not the answer to everything!) the general pleas for assistance over the last few months on Facebook would suggest that people have tried various means to get closure and responses to problems/service and getting SQ staff to follow-up on promises made about service issues. I am still waiting on an issue I raised back in Jan.
 
RB I am not doubting some AFFers have had probs - it just baffles my why or how? I have cancelled multiple fully confirmed and ticketed rdpts over last 12mths or so - all my rdpts are booked directly on SQ site and all cancellations have seen pts and $s returned quick smart.

I do not know if probs arise from call centre Agent assisted or more complicated rdpts involving partner airlines or some people are just unlucky 🤷
 
Is it -48hrs before take off for cancelling award bookings?

Or can it be cancelled even closer to departure time?

I am flying SQ F from MEL-SIN next week, and a colleague is on the same flight travelling in Y. I have Krisflyer Gold, he doesn't.
Am I allowed to have him in the First lounge as a guest? And if so, do I have to book anything in advance or is it just walk-up to the lounge on the day?

I believe you would be able to guest into the F lounge based on your class of travel and it would be walk-up on the day:


The MEL F Lounge is nothing to get excited about - a small room with no daylight.

Any tricks in getting an LH Y fare added for a Star Alliance award?

Wanting to get the old man to VIE from Aus on pretty short notice (inside 14 days). Found a path PER-SIN-FRA on SQ metal in Y, and can see availability on LH Y FRA-VIE if I just search that on SQ website, but can't seem to get it together on the website.

Am I doomed to try and call the SQ customer service to sort out?

Almost certain you have to call
 
One more before I try the call centre - SQ metal is needing to be an advantage award.. does this prevent it being booked as a Star Alliance?
