I liked the deserts in the SK BKK lounge. Desserts like tapioca pudding, sticky rice, mango pudding can be easily transported.Any good?
The one area I think SQ fails it’s desserts. Can’t think of any I had in J or F that impressed me. Not only on SQ but I feel most Asian airlines don’t shine in the dessert department. Maybe it’s for the best
Seat suggestions for a couple on the A359 BNE-SIN and B77W SIN-CDG please?
It's SQ236 and 19 D/F and 11 D/F are both greyed out. I've grabbed 14 D/F as a placeholder for now (Day time flight). On A359 definitely 19D/F. If it’s regional config you’ll get the honeymoon seats with extra privacy on both sides plus more foot room in the bulkhead.
If you are on SQ246, the long haul config as shown below, select same seats but try to move to row 11 T-48 because the galley is in the middle and row 19 can get noisy on overnight flights.
I wouldn't given that entry paperwork for COVID gets activated once you go through immigration atmAny issues going from Crowne Plaza in THE and into the lounge back and forth over 1 day?
Would passport control get funny?
Maybe 2 or 3 times over a 24hr period?

Another important difference @I love to travel which I’ve previously mentioned in reply to @Jacques Vert post is the position on the galley on A359. During overnight flights after supper service most pax go to sleep and crew don’t have much to do so they normally sit in the galley yapping all night.
THE? If Singapore then travelling in and out of immigration control to use the lounge is strictly prohibited by law and enforced. you are only permitted to be airside for the purpose of travel.Any issues going from Crowne Plaza in THE and into the lounge back and forth over 1 day?

I definitely had the same experience with conflicting availability. Call centre can only see advantage. So I booked online and got the same flights as savers.Anyone have any idea about what's going on?
I'm looking at a mixed F/J award booking.
MEL-SIN-SGN, F connecting to J. Return in the same classes.
All segments are available as saver awards individually online.
This is almost a year out.
I call the 13 10 11 number because the old (02) 8228 1188 is disconnected - don't know of another number.
The call centre agent I get is in the Philippines.
Several times now, they say they can only see Advantage and not Saver awards.
Even when I ask them to search just one segment, they can only see Advantage.
According to them, their availability is different to what's listed online.
Am I better off booking the F segments online and calling to change/add the J ones after?
I recall another post saying 10.00 Sydney time. Not 100% sureHi all, what time do SQ rewards go online for the next day? Eg - I can currently see up until 14th of July 2023, what time do the 15th of July fares open up?
Thanks in advance
Thanks, what did you book exactly online as savers? Two segments separately, meaning you paid for each segment individually and not at the "through" award price - two PNRs and no protection on connection I take it...I definitely had the same experience with conflicting availability. Call centre can only see advantage. So I booked online and got the same flights as savers.
Can't remember why I was calling though. Maybe because I was looking for a paid stopover.
Sorry I can't help with your exact problem
