Great for airline who can reduce supply and push up prices.....they are exasperated as to every cabin on every flt being virtually 100% full
Poor old boomy - he does get himself in a tangle when knee deep in Rare in TPR - he is conveniently forgetting that feedback to MEL Stn that saw Koonunga Hill replaced with Max’s - now if he was half way useful in any imaginable way rather that posting that here he would be sending it to MEL Stn and asking why does SYD have superior wine list and better food menu than MEL?You’ve just proved feedbacks are worthless, these are not F lounge wines and not even J lounge wines. In fact SYD F still seems to have better selection even after the fake upgrade in MEL.
Here are the wines in SYD I’ve posted couple of weeks ago.

boomster pick your game up buddy
The imperative regardless of the feedback would be the annoying thing called the budget? So they replaced one horrible wine on a list full of horrible wines by another wine which is not even J lounge worth
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
For those ‘nay-sayers’ amongst the AFF throng who post that it is a waste of time sending feedback pls see here images of wines on offer and lunch menu in MEL F SKL

Feel free to ask MEL Stn Manager if this is actually the case - PEASANT will be talking to him no doubt next dep he might ask sameNo proof at all that feedback has changed anything
The Bak Kut Teh - moderately inauthentic
I'll look up the other on
The problem with inauthentic meals is while they may be tasty it leads people to erroneously think the dish should look and taste like that when it does not.
The soup was not as dark as the usual Sing version which is generally lighter and peppery.. Mind had garlic pellets which is weird. I thought at first they were white peppercorns which are part of the dish but definitely garlic pellets . Taste not bad but different to what I'm used to . I'm not sure what the difference is - likely it's the herbal mix that they use which I'm not sure if they use the real ones or just commercially available ground up herbs.Which style of Bak Kut Teh

Well the only way to resolve this is to do a few more SQ F flights out of SIN and compare with LBKTfairly faithful reproduction of the Bak Kut Teh
Yes, the black Chinese mushrooms, though I didn't mind it not being there. It was more the the soup (teh) was not the right taste IMO and the garlic pellets...It doesn't come with the normal ingredients such as YouTiao and mushrooms etc.

I'm wondering if that the missing ingredient. Usually they have peppercorns toopepper
