Yes, not easy. Can take a bit of persistence to get an account where orders stick, but once you do, it tends to be be safe from cancellations for a while.

I tried way many different way to get orders to stick and I gave up. I was even in the US last month and still can't get online to work

I only have 2 business days and a weekend in the States so already limited.
i don't have cash flow to set up new bank accounts. Best I can think of is buying gift cards at office stores for planned shopping to get 5x at least. I am very risk adverse so not interested in buyers groups and such.
