*Now watch all the whipper snappers scratching their heads.................."What the hell is a gross?"
The *A redemption bucket is different from the KF bucket.
There is always more availability for a KF blue member for a particular route,
than for a *A Gold member looking at the same route.
So, no you can't add a *A number to a KF waitlisted redemption.
Different buckets.
On second thoughts, it may be possible to add another FFN number after the booking has been ticketed. This would allow you to show your *G status on the boarding pass.
I'm not sure how being a partner *G would "improve" the service you recieve, but YMMV.
SQ still supplying Kiehls Amenity Packs on MEL-SIN and SIN-PVG flts yesterday/today. SIN-PVG dep 08:05 and aps not handed out - I requested one and FA said no problem but normally not supplied on this flt in F - never noticed it before - don't want jamies but the aps are good for re-gifting.
Greater baggage allowance, possibly? Anyway, I doubt it's a worthwhile thing to do post-ticketing - as you note the extra benefits would be minimal-to-non-existant.
Surprisingly, I actually like the SQ PJs. They are simple, but the 'weight' of the fabric is decent.

Yes always 3C for me - RHD - get my bed made next door - if daytime flt and 3D vacant you can use up the adjoining space - really make yourself at home.PS: just curious, you meant 3F (or 3C - middle suite ??) assuming you travelled solo.

That is a great tip...
There was a time when I always went for 3A / 4A / 3K / 4K when travelling Solo... However 3C or perhaps 4C actually seem like the best seat as the 'D' seat is often vacant, giving you double the room
Unless Cove is aboard!
(As I recall he invented the system!)
Just follow my advice young un' and you won't go wrong. That is a great tip...
You might struggle to book 4C son - again follow my advice and you won't go wrong. There was a time when I always went for 3A / 4A / 3K / 4K when travelling Solo... However 3C or perhaps 4C actually seem like the best seat as the 'D' seat is often vacant, giving you double the room
I'm not sure who 'invented' it, but it is a good tip. Let's just hope that other solo travellers like to look out the window...
