Thx cove issue is I probably won't have enough points for standard awards lol. Do you think I will have a better chance for 2 J savers?

The business class seat is lovely and wide and there are Saver seats so that may work.

...
By the way I saw school holiday periods were available so my niece will score some more wow factor.
I think cove is my long lost uncle...;)

I may try 2 X J Savers and 1 X J saver (on a different flight but same day).

Anyone here can report 2 X J savers is possible on the same flight without needing to waitlist?

Seeing that SQ has released the new J, F and Suites seats for saver awards, does anybody have any experience or info regarding its availability for *A partners?

Thx. Good to hear. I guess 3 X J savers is pushing it on the same flight?
k3nnis don't take this the wrong way please - but are you joshing with us?

It wouldn't be too hard to get on the SQ web site and do a few dummy bookings then you will actually know and not have to rely on others opinions.

Hi Cruiser Elite,

No I'm not joshing with anyone :)

I thought I would ask if anyone here had the experience of getting 3 X J savers on the same flight. Anyways not taking it in the wrong way :)

Cheers,
K.

Since the changes getting 3 J savers to Europe, per flight, has been possible and I have booked some.

Prior to the changes it was normally capped at 2 per flight.

To Asia I have obtained 4 and once 5 (I think that was a glitch though).

Under the old rules I once got 3 Saver F to Italy on the 77W, but that was a glitch.

Thanks for the info. I mainly need it for syd - sin return and maybe sin-hkg or sin - nrt

I've booked 4 x J Savers twice
SFO-SIN-PER and FRA-JFK

I regularly get 3 x J savers on the same flights. I also then need the fourth J saver to complete the family. The fourth goes to Waitlist and then either clears before expiring or takes regular calls to the call centre until I find a sympathetic ear.

Lol thanks for the info. I guess I will give up on the multiple F savers and stick to the J savers.

I'm now seeing 2 SUITES savers available on SQ222 Syd-Sin in June.
Haven't checked other flights & dates though.
I think it's a good sign :).

I booked a school holiday treat for my niece and sister in law and she missed getting the holidays approved. I cannot change the booking names so I have to cancel these two Suites to London.
I have booked the dates that they can go so no real harm done.

Ok now we are starting to workshop this - seat selection whilst not an exact science is indeed an endeavour that deserves ultimate attention.

Now please view seat map below:

And then please check pic - this is 3C - I would contend that a right handed person would be much more suited here:

As opposed to what I would contend to be a left handed Suite 3A:

Now the reason I asked are you 'Window Addicted' is that you can indeed get a right handed Suite in the F row - But taking C or D gives you first digs on the adjoining Suite as per cove's suggestion 1st Suite play / 2nd Suite sleep - get the drift?

Clearly all depends on loadings - but my extensive experience so far (2 sectors - that makes me an expert in AFF speak) is that cabin crew more than happy to accomodate you in this area if circumstances permit.

I had now 2 sectors in Suites (24 hours Suites time) with 2 more to go within the next 7 days (another 24 hrs).

I'd have thought selecting adjacent C and D suites would have a slight problem of access: you would need to walk around to the other side to access your alternate suite (unless you want to climb into / out of your bed from / into your chair).

What I did was to ask for the adjacent suite either in front / behind or adjacent to my A / F suite.

E. g. When I was in 2F (dining), 3F (or 3D) was reserved for sleeping.

That way, I only need to walk a few steps to my bed and vice versa.

True, as a right handed person, I prefer the F instead of the A seats.

Thanks Cove !

Mrscove is just a bit worried that the posters into this thread will become totally warped from me posting the two Suites per person concept.
She already thinks my moves (on points) are a bit over the top but in my defence I do travel with a Resmed sleep machine so it made a lot of sense (to me) to set it up in one Suite with the bed made up then dine in the middle Suites with Mrscove who had the window seat on the opposite side.
Enjoy it if you can!
