So with this one:

"Boarding pass for a flight between either DXB, AUH or DOH and somewhere else in another continent which is not Europe or Australasia."

does that only allow North and South America and Africa? Is all of Asia included in Australasia or is that just Australia and NZ?

Australasia covers Australia, New Zealand, PNG and the Pacific Islands.

That seems to be the standard definition. I haven't heard of Australasia ever being defined as encompassing Asia.

Re: The List, The Score, The Fame

Now that is just cruel - does anyone here sit in a middle seat ever?

Only when I fly 3K to SIN and don't want to pay extra for my aisle seat - last week x2 same day, but no photo.

Not travelling for a while so this time I don't think I can contribute to it!

Ironically I did have a photo of Air China but it was taken at December last year when I did HKG-PEK-CAN.

Yes twice last year actually.

Seat 10E AS316 SEA-SFO as Alaska Airline didn't seem to care about my Qantas status.

Seat 5E NZ513 AKL-CHC on Air NZ no status; but it did get me a seat in Economy + or whatever they call it.

Is that an old photo or did you "acquire" that safety card?

Is this enough proof.

Some one from Florida posted it to me, so no I didn't swipe it from the aircraft or save the photo from 2005

Re: The List, The Score, The Fame

Except for British Pounds, bank note in a currency of a country which is a member of the European Union but does not use the Euro

Do Jersey pounds count? Unfortunately my Jersey pounds are at Mum and Dad's house. Although I believe Jersey isn't EU. But EU people may work in Jersey but Jersey Beans are restricted to working in the UK.

Wanders off to email friend who lives in the Channel Islands to ask for a photo.

Sorry, Jersey's not part of the EU, so no go.

Looks like someone's crossing off items on my list in post #3 as we go, and I can't tell who they are because there's no edit trail information at the base of the post! The powers that are work in mysterious ways...

Yes I try lots of different airlines, actually had a few others but as they were low coast the paper was white.

Does Turkey count.

Or Hungary

As Hungary is a member of the European Union, if you can produce a picture of a Hungarian Forint note, that would satisfy the requirements.

Turkey, on the other hand, is not a member of the European Union. (Yes, it is in the process of becoming one. It will not be a member (accession) until 2013 at least.)

Sorry Bundy Bear - read the rules (clarified from the last Scavenger Hunt).

Rules said:
  • Unless otherwise directed in the description of the find:
    • If a find calls for a boarding pass, it must be for a flight taken from 15/02/2011 or later.
