Wow. That is an expensive oven.

Well apparently it's worth it because you tell it what you're putting in lamb beef fish etc then stick the wireless probe in and tell it how you want it done and it does it apparently.

I have to say I'm not convinced especially when you can buy it in the UK for $7000 why do we get ripped off so much in Australia. Don't even get me started on cars in Au vs USA or UK its a joke

I take it your other half is an excellent cook. That's a lot of "Darling, I love you"s right there :)

I kid you not $11499 pyrolitic Miele oven I'm in the process of getting paralytic over it lol
That is an extremely expensive oven. You would not want to be disappointed with any of the meals that came out of that oven....

The wife has just got a new kitchen fortunately I managed to convince her that it needed a nice Miele wine cooler, 143 bottles 3 temp zones nice, celebrated by putting a couple of cases of good French red in it complete with corks.

Might have to drink all of it to get over the $11499 oven she has ordered. Apparently it's self cleaning! I mean really come on I could pay someone to come round every 3 months for the next 5 years to clean a normal oven and still. be in profit :(

We got a new Miele oven just before x-mass - great piece of equipment. The Pork Roast & crackling we had tonight was just perfect.

$11,500 oven, wow! That's probably not far off what I've earned in my entire working life thus far

For that money I'd want it to come with laser beams so I could dismember James Bond...

I'm guessing that means you haven't used a weber Q then with a remote thermometer that tells you when the meat is cooked perfectly then? And I got mine through Altitude points for free, thanks to the ATO credit card payment on the AFF forum. :)

11k wow, i got my bosch pyro for 2k!!!! For 11k, does it play blu ray?

Nope but it does have a wireless thermometer and 150 programs.

Lol I can't even think of 150 different things I eat.

Things are moving on; she wants the steamer now apparently pans of boiling water are sooo 2012 :(

Easy, a few bucks at your local Chinese supermarket for the bamboo variety. On another topic if you ever wanted confirmation of the margin supermarkets make, have a look at the costs of the sauces at the Chinese alternative!

If only!!

No it's the one that matches the oven

It's not self cleaning so that must be why it's only $3300

OMG

I would strongly recommend that no one visits the Miele gallery in Brisbane or anywhere else for that matter unless you want to part with big wedges of cash.

I suppose there is always the points to think about

Are we compensating for something here?
