May well be time to stop scaring the locals and put my shirt back on.

LOL

Besides, what the hell is a tan in Old Blighty anyway? I thought most these days invest in a few tix on EasyJet or Ryanair then schlepp down to Spain to get toasty (and commit sin and so on and so forth).

.. and that's why I avoid said places like the plague!

So no point me sticking on my roof on my house in London? ;)

True. Take a look at this PV Ladder not many UK systems leading the way

Just cut down some trees. Solar is that green!!!

Yeah, silly buggers think the sun shines everyday, wind blows all the time and everything is free.

is also bad for solar and dust or course. If you could somehow cool the panels the performance should improve (difficult given the fact they are in direct sunlight). But regular cleaning can also improve performance by removing the "shadow" from the layer of dust.

It's amazing how the air clears after rain.....just one of many things we take for granted.

A tan is well regarded. Haha. Actually I've browned up decently with the bits of sunshine we have had.

Nah not all go to Spain etc. There's a huge tanning salon market over here too.

We will think of you (maybe) over a drink at dinner tonight :!:

Well I haven't had a drink today but if I go for a pint later, I will think of you and the rest of the attendees. Ill especially think of my beer costing around 3.50 pounds for a pint vs the 10au or so that you will be paying. Haha.

Back out on the job market in July - question is... do I go travelling for a little bit, or should I move onto something else straight away?

Last week was not a great week.

This week may see me make a decision to return home....

Could some medico clarify for me re the BRC gene please? If a woman 59 had ovarian cancer (and died5 years later) and a son had testicular cancer at 23 years (and survived) is there any chance of the BRC gene existing in that family and should a daughter be checked for it (not me btw).

Drove south today.Spending the next 5 weeks in a cold place. But listening to the ABC whilst driving it was obviously not as cold as Port Macquarie where someone rang in saying it was so cold their local Federal member was walking around with his hands in his own pockets.

Lets see if your dealings with recruiters are smoother than mine...

Go on, rub it in!

Mal and I can have a LONFest today then

Well weather in London today was pleasant. Not too hot, not too cold. Still jacket weather after the sun starts to set though.

And LONfest at the flashware "palace" was very nice. Good meat, good BBQ style and great company. Even had a fosters or two.

Wow, that's massive news!

Work not great or health or other?
Health is fine. Or at least I think it is fine.

Work has a habit of making drastic decisions and then asking people if they are comfortable with the decision they made and whether you are happy or not.

Why bother asking if you are happy or not with the decision if the answer is "You are free to leave if you are not happy with the decision"?

We shall see what happens this week.

I hate incompetent managers. I used to work in an area where the pointy haired boss from Dilbert would've been preferable.

I wont tolerate it again.
