I was also going to suggest pure white or snow white as alternatives for viriginal white. I cannot think of anything where the label virginal white should be used.

Richard Branson done pretty well with something along the same lines!

Is it 'white' or some close shade of white? Snow should be fine as a name. It is a pretty generic colour name.

Until it comes to trademarks, Disney hold quite a few over a variety of products including any electronics which use Snow White in the description.

Interesting...

My new pay wave enabled amex will require my pin for the first pay wave transaction.

Interesting way to try and prevent the chance of someone's card being used maliciously if they never use paywave.

Snowstorm, Blizzard, Winter Gaze, Frosty White, Ice White, Sea Salt, Vanilla (yes, I know that would be the colour of a Richie Benaud blazer, but I'm trying to cover all bases, as it were...) Porcelain, Arctic Glaze etc etc etc!

classic white, Snow White, pure white... as all mentioned by other posters and all ok. but not exactly original. (and neither is midnight blue)

there should be absolutely no reluctance regarding 'virginal white'..

Bride's Nighty White?

I don't understand how some people are under the impression that Recycling bins are ashtrays.

I am sure you get used to it. No wonder you don't spend much time at home! ;)

My perfect roster would be 3 on 4 off (or even 4 on 3 off) aligned to weekends. I could do it right now at my current job but it defeats the purpose of the commute.

You want my job. It's 4 on 3 off.

Until some complete clown goes and says something extremely stupid to the neighbours. Then I'm spending big $ to change flights and contemplating spend more to change more flights.

4/3, I like that. I'd probably get bored though. Idle hands do the devils work.

I could handle a pattern like that! Beats a potential 12 on, 1 off & 12 on (all without working on days off!).

I got out of the house tonight & went for a drive. By the time I took this pic, I was feeling a little arty.

I'm going back to work Friday evening, have Saturday off anyway & then I'll see what my roster brings after that.

I know I've got mum in the best place she can be. She'll be in until at least Monday depending on what the additional scans she is having done on Friday. They've found something on the brain on the scans that were done on Tuesday which prompted the admission but they don't know what that is yet. I'm pleased to say she is feeling a lot better when I left her tonight & the neuro seems happy with her progress.

Once again, thank you for all your support over the last few days. Getting online has been good for me to know I'm not alone.

For a good deal of smokers, anywhere is considered their ashtray.

I remember working on train stations & the amount of cigarettes I had to sweep up was ridiculous. Occasionally you'd get a smoky bin. This one afternoon during the peak at Town Hall, I saw a smoky bin on the concourse. So I went & got a fire extinguisher & put the bin out. Reporting it to my supervisor, she said that I should have got a bucket of water. The fire extinguisher was closer & I thought it would be easier than trying to get a bucket of water through a peak hour crowd, so I thought.

My idea is that an extra fee be charged per packet and that that fee be waived if an equivalent number of butts are returned when purchasing.

I can divulge in person in a couple weeks. Very confidential. Needless to say my last 4 days have been busy.

Neighbours are fun.... luckily the only neighbour I know is a cute late 20s girl who randomly knocked on my door recently asking for a corkscrew!
