You do realise they were the reason the electric chair couldn't be used any more when capital punishment was still on the law books. There was a connie who threw a woman off the tram and she died, when found guilty of murder he was sentenced to die in the electric chair. So the day came, they strapped him in and hit the switch, nothing happened! They tried again and again. In the end they ceased trying. The review of the attempted execution soon determined the reason why the electric chair failed to kill the murderer. It was because he was a bad conductor.

That's what happens when you try to power through an airgap. :p

Geez, I leave you lot alone for a few hours and look what happens. I'm shocked!

Are you suggesting the lack of adult supervision on a Friday night? LOL!

Maybe a few of us were indulging in a few adult beverages and the conversation became a bit derailed, says the person currently on a train.

I will be soon on the train off to the London real ale festival. Went on wed night with some colleagues and heading again tonight and meeting colleagues again.

So watch for more derailed posts later on ;)

Oh no. That new slopely show which I could best describe as "Thank God You're Here at A 45 Degree Angle" is on the TV at the Place of My Employment. It's called Slide Show.

I don't need to go to India, I just have to come to my Place of Employment where I can experience Indian culture & language. Does this mean that I now get paid to travel the world? LOL

I watched the first episode, and it wasn't bad. Got a giggle out of me, at least.

It wasn't helped that the meal room was noisy & I couldn't hear the jokes. I found it strange when they changed cameras for a closer view & the point of view was straight, not slopey.
