You do realise they were the reason the electric chair couldn't be used any more when capital punishment was still on the law books. There was a connie who threw a woman off the tram and she died, when found guilty of murder he was sentenced to die in the electric chair. So the day came, they strapped him in and hit the switch, nothing happened! They tried again and again. In the end they ceased trying. The review of the attempted execution soon determined the reason why the electric chair failed to kill the murderer. It was because he was a bad conductor.
That's what happens when you try to power through an airgap.
