I think the blue shirt lets her down, & the hair clips could be placed better.
You can still see the younger version In the facial structure. Nothing a bit of lippy, face cream, brow & regrowth touch up, & a style cut won't improve.
Do that & pop her in a 3/4 sleeve gown with some bling, et voila!

The English fashion ladies always maintain that clothing should be tight and accentuated with a belt. Hair clips on 71 year olds are never going to work.

Re: TonyHancock Late leaving for work 3rd September

did breakfast*** take longer than usual, could this be a systemic issue?

...

***He's far too lazy to make breakfast at home for himself.

Zounds, that's unacceptable. I'd have asked for my money back in that situation*.

* Depending on the context of who prepared breakfast, that may elicit an undesired reaction :p

Well I've had a smashing day today, this morning my reading glasses broke then this afternoon my regular glasses broke. Now I only have my sunglasses. And I'm working all day tomorrow. So I'll look cool until Sunday.

The future's so bright, you've gotta wear shades ?

Glasses seem to be bothersome, except ray bans..
I've realised the issue about requiring glasses soon..
The departure gate screen & boarding pass is becoming increasingly difficult to read & that's before the extended lounge visit.

I can see clearly now..

I have just found the spare pair which I hadn't needed since I moved last year. Maybe I should unpack everything, after all it has only been 10 months since I got here.

Look on the bright side - you'll be spared that Christane Keeler update photo...

Re: TonyHancock Late leaving for work 3rd September

TonyHancock (me) was late leaving for work* on 3rd Sept 2013, the question is why? Was it because he(me) was late getting out of bed**, or did he (me) spend too long in the shower, did breakfast*** take longer than usual, could this be a systemic issue?

He left on time on the 2nd September, was 6 minutes late on the 3rd, 92 seconds late on the fourth, on time on the fifth and 17 minutes early on the 6th Sept.

On the 4th Sept he made the time up and arrived at work earlier than the scheduled start time.

:p

* Work is perhaps not something that best describes TonyHancock's activity during the day.
**Most likely the cause given his sloth like manner
***He's far too lazy to make breakfast at home for himself.

Sorry to drag the tenor of this fine thread down a notch, but when I read your post, TH, I thought the *** was deleting a profanity, and that you were advising that your morning ablutions took longer than usual, and that your "systemic issue" was one best solved with the addition of more fibre in your diet...

As you can imagine, I was     until I saw the post script and realised it was quite innocent!

As you know, I wear glasses and it's still difficult to read :)

LOL. When I hear of ablutions it always reminds me of a simile that is apt in the QF MASA thread.

"I have no plans to take my morning ablutions tomorrow" Tony said. This seemed a little unusual since he had taken his morning ablutions every morning since he could remember.

"Ah" he said "but I have NEVER planned to take them!"

....QF, of course, has no plans to remove the MASA you know..........

Yikes! When we moved we had everything unpacked in a few days

Just bought my first ever home. Feeling chuffed. Hard work and living like a Scrooge for 9 months has paid off.
