Anyone else having a coughola week..?

First, lost iPad.
2. Damaged Luggage
3. Now it looks like a fractured foot after a fall.. off to X Ray :(

Should have stayed home.

No, if you had, the house probably would have burned down! :o
Bummer of a week (and it's only Tuesday) - hope things improve from here on in.

On Sydney, I don't mind visiting it.
I have heard it said that residents of Sydney think there are two types of Australians - those who live in Sydney, and those who wish they did.

Having spent a bit of time in a street round the corner from the overnight shooting ( I went to Picnic Point primary), I fit into neither of those categories!

Isn't that what people in NYC think?

At least you get your annual radiation dose up for the protective effect. (This might be an in joke)

I certainly don't want to live in Sydney, but I'm more than happy to take Sydney pay.

I went to Revesby public and had my first great "experience" with a Picnic Point girl..... at Picnic Point

Probably one of those portable quotes where you can just insert the desired city name. :)

Go to the USA and substitute in 'Pittsburgh' to that quote. Then, get back to me as to how many people agree ;)

"I don't know but I've been told......"

People were giving me a funny look as I travelled to work with an umbrella this morning, I might return the favor this afternoon when they are caught out in the wild weather headed our way:

Severe Thunderstorm Warning (QLD)

Well you would have still looked out of place on the sunshine coast. The rain has just started up here.
The other storm cells died before reaching the coast.

There you go, the umbrella got some use on the way home. Now to enjoy the sweet smell of the post storm air.

Unfortunately it is fractured. :(
The worst part was walking the rest of the downhill steps & path of Baiyun Mountain in Guangzhou after it happened.
The best part is that I am being well cared for.

Yup! See previous posts ;)

At least wedding ring was handed in and new mobile is on the way courtesy of mobile insurance (minus 50 quid excess). We did loose the waterproofing to our shed roof in the recent storm, but apart from that wasn't too bad really!

Look after yourself. I hope you are able to travel back as planned and have good travel insurance.

I know all about the pain. Fractured my ankle on the 3rd hole (actually 11th hole as we started on 9th) at Barwell Valley. Birdied the next hole and finished with a 73 or 11 over par. I have had worse rounds in perfect health. Playing partners helped with my buggy and i used 2 clubs as walking sticks to hobble along. I did not think my ankle was fractured.

Question is: did you help her to find the experience as memorable as you did :?::p:mrgreen::!:

Isn't that a general saying all over the world?

I have heard it used by people living in villages with population of ~400 people.
