And yet you work in Brisbane not Sydney? The availability of that job in Brisbane (and presumably not Sydney) must be another way Brisbane is superior to Sydney (for you), surely.

Dont worry. I had to move desks. I went from a desk that was cold most times to a desk that is freezing all the time with 2 air vents from above directed at this desk.JohnK at least they didn't moved your desk...![]()
Didn't all the desk moving happen a while ago? Is it an annual sport where you work?Dont worry. I had to move desks. I went from a desk that was cold most times to a desk that is freezing all the time with 2 air vents from above directed at this desk.
After 15 minutes of sitting there my lower back was sore, my left ear blocked and I had a headache. But I better not say anything as that would be considered as moaning....
I really really wish at airports and at hotels, in fact anywhere you have to queue, there'd be a "People who have everything ready to go and wont take long" queue..
Yesterday i spent 30mins in a J Class check-in line, and was dealt with in under two mins..

Any possible idea what kind of case was holding up the line? Family? No-speak-English travellers? Kitchen sink salespeople?
In FF-eze, it could also be someone who happens to be on a 30-40 hour journey with maybe 2-3 itineraries stitched together.![]()

You do realise that if the DID have one of those, every man and his dog would be in that one, DYKWIA-ing... in which case at least the non-express line might be a little quicker. It's the science of queueing theory!
Haha, yep, see here: The totally off-topic thread - Page 3057'
Damn Burnside area..... another blackout. It's been 40 minutes now. And just as the tennis was getting interesting.
Still, the lap top is going and there is always AFF
We do have a lot. But we missed this one just down the road. Tennis is rather good.
