I did allow myself 1 glass of the red. Both meals were delightful and I would happily have (and pay for) again.

Off to do it all again today. Are you ready for the rumbles again :D

I'm ok thanks, just had lunch - not quite to your standard admitedly but I'm saving myself for some of Guiseppe's culinary triumphs at Ciao Italia tomorrow night with Cruiser Elite! :p:cool:

It was today - finger food lunch in a boardroom of Tatts with OJ, water or tea/coffee as refreshments :o

Wasn't worth taking a photo and a far cry from Tuesday....

Hmmm...*makes mental note to take a photo of the offerings at the student-pilots' canteen where I usually have lunch*
Finger food in the boardroom of Tatts sounds a cut above the usual fare from Canteen 5! :o ;)

I am totally over receiving calls from banks, internet providers and utilities who, after telling me who they are, then run me through THEIR verification procedure! They then proceed to ask for DOB full address account number etc etc. And all this from a number I don't recognise!
"You have just phoned me on MY private mobile number, which I gave to you on registration and now you want ME to give all my personal details to a total stranger" I don't think so.
This is privacy gone mad!!
I tell them that if they have anything to say, say it now or get lost. Half of them comply; the others blindly trot out their privacy policy...
Please AFFers, one of you must be high up in one of these sort of organizations. Make a stand and end this ridiculous situation....
Pretty please - Duffa

Privacy gone mad?

How about 24/7 tracking of your car to reduce costs of car insurance premiums? I am sure that information is going to be secure that no one can hack into it to find your cars whereabouts? Yeah right.

Remember when you said you were going out to visit your friend? It turns out you visited an ex-girlfriend. Oh oh.

Society has gone mad.

Result: car insurance premiums go down. Life insurance premiums go up!

Oh how we love bureaucracy. My wife can't book First class train travel even when the price is cheaper than standard! Love it.

I'm absolutely loving it thus far, even with a decent power outage.

Hoping that I can also wake up to rain and that we get some storms tomorrow afternoon!

Good ol' travel policies kicking in, yeah? Perhaps something to do also with the government, viz. can't see a government worker travelling on first class for work - need to set a good example and so on.....
