The totally off-topic thread

Just downloaded Hitman Pro (64 bit, 30 day free trial) to rid the (15.6" core i7) laptop I use as a desktop, of a whole heap off junk that appeared after I had downloaded iTunes to enable unlocking of wife's iPhone.

Having to unlock the iPhone was a PITA brought about by V***cough*selling it locked. If anyone every gets a new iPhone I strongly suggest they check its status and if locked, unlock it the day of purchase before user apps are uploaded.

Perhaps we should have computer thread?

We have a guy at work who, when he doesn't agree with you, says "I respect what you're saying, but..." When you have gotten to know him, you understand that he clearly does not respect what you are saying. It got everyone offside for a while, but now it's a bit of a running joke.

He works at our place too! Or his twin.

I had a Nokia N10 mini from Vodafone about 3-4 years ago? I think that is the model.

I managed to get out of the contract as mobile broadband was unuseable but the phone is still locked to Vodafone. I begged them a number of times to unlock it and they kept stalling. I should have gone back to the ombudsman again.

Took it to Thailand and they are unable to unlock it.

Life would be way to simple without challenges?

It would appear I have misplaced my resume and I do not have a backup copy. :(

Quick check- LAGs over 100mL are ok on domestic AU flights?

Thanks!

On domestic flights that leave from domestic terminals there are no LAG restrictions.

If they depart from international terminals then the usual 100ml limit applies for carry on bags.

I did that once. Then I remembered I had emailed a copy to a prospective employer and went in to my Sent items and dug it out!

Why on earth would anyone want to take a domestic flight from an international terminal?

:lol::lol::lol:

Seems I have been very naughty lately or I'm a very popular witness.

I received 14 emails today requiring me to be in court in Bendigo, Geelong, Sydney, Mildura, Broadford and Wodonga at various times over the next couple of months with several being for the same court at different times on the same day.

My last job search was in May 2008.

Guess how far back my Sent folder goes?
