On the back of a "Wicked Camper" today on the way to Geelong :
"Roses are red, violets are blue ,
I have Alzheimer's ,
Cheese on toast"

Wicked Camper Vans..... They have some of the most random catch phrases spray painted on them I'll have to say.
Superb marketing if you look at it at that angle.

Bugger. Will you head home, or are QF putting you up for the night?

And what happens to the rest of your flights to get to Japan?

Just passing "Essendon Fields" in a taxi () supplied by Qantas. Will be on QF93 tomorrow ... So if that's on time then NRT here I come ...

... excellent proactive service from a QF staff member but that is for a better place than the TOTT ...

Parking fine?

Correct. Even though I paid using one of their methods. Now someone has to waste their time contesting the "allegation".

I should send them a bill for the time wasted (even though my wonderful girlfriend volunteered to sort it out while I'm at work tomorrow).

Reason for taxi .. my AKL to Oz flight tomorrow is scheduled for 6:45am:

Not arguing for the sake of it.

I woke up with ~$2, 500 in my wallet. I know I took out $880 (8 x $110) from ATM. I went to the RSL and came home after 5:00am.. The rest I don't remember.

Did I win that money or did someone give it to me?

This is a serious story. I was smart enough to leave ~$350 in uncollected payouts from pokies. My brother and mum heard me come home and said I was whistling/singing when I came home.

It is very possible to forget. Trust me. I have also woken up with ~$1, 600 missing from my wallet. I did not lose it on pokies. I would love to know what happened. I guess I will never know.

These two events occurred ~6 months apart but in opposite order. I suspect they are somehow related.

Hey John

JohnK luck strikes again.

Where do you get these $110 notes?

The bottles remind me of when I chucked out dozens of empty Homer Simpson's Duff beer cans from a beach house we'd just bought. Sons were furious.

LOL. It is a superstition. Think 11 as a special number and work from there. ;)

Then you should withdraw $121.

I'm not surprised. Those are worth serious money even empty. $15-$25 per empty can in 2011
