Wish I could say the same. 3 different accidents on the M25 today resulted in a 2.5 hour drive (which I can do in 45 minutes on a good day...) into the office.

My train was a mess. Looks like the migration of students & their families to Oxford is occurring again as semester starts next week. Seems like many of them believe they need a kitchen sink ;)

Depends on how much cooking they actually do, but usually that kind of stuff should be shared, unless times have changed a lot. :p

Are two minute noodles still in fashion for boarding students in England? Or have they moved onto other things...

Wow. /sarcasm. The government is going to introduce more means testing. Why did they oppose means testing by the last government? Can't wait to laugh at the pathetic justifications.

This government is exactly the same as the last. Told you so.

I'd rather that.. at least I could read a book / run through my emails! Can't technically do that when you're driving ;)

While standing up is always fun... Esp when the train hits the roller coaster bits of the track at 80mph ;)

I wish! My max allowable speed is 115kph but at one stage depending on the train, it was 130kph.

Not that I get many chances to hit top speed, though.

Note to self - No lending car to Buddy Franklin (not that I lend a car to anyone, last time I did the outcome was the same as Buddy Franklin this morning, and my SUV was three weeks old).

My folks are on a CX Y cash ticket that will take them to MNL and then HKG to meet a US DM J ticket which takes them to two cruises and a coach tour.

The CX ticket was booked buoyed by some panic and price anxiety. Now dad is wondering what on earth he can possibly do to at least get the last sector on the booking upgraded or changed to J (without breaking the bank, of course).

I didn't really want to tell him.......

Apparently the only reason Buddy was driving Jesinta's car was that Dan Hannebery wrote off his a couple weeks ago...

iPhone on its last legs and not going to hold out till the new one is released. And a week before I head overseas too.

Time for someone to spend some of his eleventy billion dollars a year contract to hire a driver.
