And I'm seeing QF seat maps for both you and erkpod's posts

Certainly wasn't me posting a QF seat map! LOL.

Hopefully it will be sorted with the new update.

I'll be hopefully in Perth weekend after next & another TR (albeit a lot shorter than the last one!) if I get clearance from (Doctor) Clarance to fly with my unicorn bite.

Not updated my app yet as I had an iPhone disaster this morning. Tried to update software and ended up stuck with an iTunes icon and lightning cable screen. Had to erase and restore and now backing up from iCloud. First time that's happened to me and I'm not impressed :(

I've had that happen unfortunately, and it was back before I bothered backing up the phone. Lost all my photos...

Looks fixed. I'm on Android and I see erkpod's shot with the bear, and I see Princess Fiona's shot of what appears to be a very picturesque building near a lake...which I'm guessing is Maggie Beer's at the Barossa...

You mean Puskha's shot of what appears to be a very picturesque building near a lake?

I'm going home to have this glass of red:

Just found out a friend has been undergoing chemo and last week had a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Kept it very quiet :(

Cancer, I hate you with a passion

thanks for clearing that up.

The even more troubling aspect is that those getting caught must only be the tip of the iceberg. How many are getting away with it. The last few caught have probably repaid amounts that equal that spent legitimately by Combet.

Not to mention they all take their annual study trip with their partners in tow. Combet at least was doing duties of his position. But I can only guess that he was singled out because of political motivations.

I miss the election thread. I am slow with news.

A budget deficit tax? Which hair brained moron thought of that one?

I really need to retire ASAP. I have had enough of incompetent nincompoops running this country.

Apparently we have the previous government to blame for all of this. Seems like an easy dodge for the incumbent government that the people have installed their faith in, perhaps misguidedly.

Anyway... I believe I may have committed a crime by introducing politics to TOTT.

As long as the folks who got the $900 bonus get to pay it back I won't say another thing about the budget levies. It does appear to be high time for our politicians to have their benefits trimmed so we get co- payments for travel costs of partners and superannuation that can only be accessed at 67 or later if the age moves to 70 or 73.

Yep, I was quite happy to get the bonus, pity it went on vet bills. It's the only benefit that I have knowingly had from a state or federal government. Wasn't in the right place at the right time for any of the lurks like the 'first home buyers' schemes and the rest.
I don't have any legitimate claims (apart from tax free gifts to eligible charities) to avoid paying my fair share of tax, which to be quite honest I'm happy to do so.

If the government of any persuasion was really interested in saving some serious tax dollars they would get rid of 'negative gearing', what a rort that is. That however, is never going to happen.

It seems to me that politicians of any party can't be trusted, as per what's been dredged up in NSW of late, another one to add to the collection.

Nothing as yet has been proven of course and now back to my Wernesgruner beer in picturesque Sachen.
