Now at Lower Zambezi NP in Zambia. Great low-level flight coming up the Zambezi yesterday.

Saw a leopard with a fresh impala kill and a pride of lions with a fresh buffalo kill on this morning's game drive, which was pretty cool.

Heading to Botswana tomorrow morning.

When did *O become the standard abbreviation for Oneworld? It is not even close.

And CD is chauffer drive? Oh, please....

*O is the Computer Reservation Systems (CRS, or GDS for lack of semantics) code for oneworld. I don't see it commonly used on frequent flying forums.

As for CD, well that's not common on my books...for me that would be "compact disc" or, if you're an old DOS / Unix schlub like me, "change directory".

Just about to depart Jersey .. where the average age of the islander is ~68 years old

Don't you just love it when someone reverses into your car ... twice

"Fortunately" it's the hire car I've got while my new car arrives, which is in a few days. It looks to be a scratch on a spot where there was already a defect of some sort marked on the damage report when I was given the car so I'm not sure if this lady was lucky and didn't actually cause any damage, or whether she added to the same spot...! In any case she wasn't willing to give her details which over here the Police tell me is an offence.

I am seeing it quite a lot on AFF. It is confusing.

Just did my annual look up of unclaimed monies. I found $5,000 for my extended family. Champagne reunion coming up I hope.
Yes Penegal let's do the smarter thingy before our brains start to shrink too much.

Had a lovely lunch with my family for my Dad and my wife for their respective birthdays (and in memory of my mums' mother who birthday was between them).

Oh, well. Missed the last chance to book an MASA. SWMBO said I wasn't allowed to fly in J. She must be obeyed, so classic award it was......
