In my very early days I rented an absolute Sh$tbox of a unit. I could hear them at night.....purchased the biggest rattrap money could buy. Didn't take me long to work out that the traps weren't cutting it - I moved!

Forget the cheese in a trap, cleared someone's place for them using rice as the bait. The cooked rice sticks very well to the trigger and if you add a little sugar to the rice they seem to find it irresistible.

Yes it is a 'people' hospital not a veterinary hospital. Something strange must happen around the Federal Parliament.

Yes it is a 'people' hospital not a veterinary hospital. Something strange must happen around the Federal Parliament.

Lots of strange things happen around the Federal Parliament, usually initiated by the FIFO 'workers' who arrive on a Sunday or Monday am and depart on Thurs arvo, however this week they're only 'working' 3days - what a life.
 
Couple of years ago I could hear rat(s) gnawing on tree branches in the firewood pile during winter. Later one of the buggers ate half a cabbage head that was growing in the veggie patch.
