Just letting all know that I'm back home again now, and doing well.
Good to know; thanks for the update, hopefully you are on the mend.

They were luck they were not in Canberra last week when overnight it was -6deg and it made +4deg during the day!Arrived in Darwin on the 21st to read in the Saturday Territory News the front page headline-"You Must Be Kidding-It's Bl**dy freezing"
It went on territorians awoke shivering as Darwin awoke to 16.2C.!
They're currently serving cold cuts, do they change the menu in the evening to anything else?
Yeah, there should be some hot food (deep fried or oven baked) coming out soon. Think mini-pizzas or chicken nuggets or wedges and various things like that.
I've seen the line now, boy it's getting busy. I guess rush hour time?
I'll send my sister up for the hot food.
Yep, feeding time at the zoo does get the animals clammering to get at the food!

Indeed. Line sniping becomes a necessary skill at these times, especially at the MEL QP and the ADL QP.
Took my old man's Merc for a major service today and came back home with $6k less (but at least some decent QFF points in return)
Managed to nab a slice of pizza 0.5" x 1" in size. Shared it with my sister. Cheese, crackers and cold cute were good though. Not to mention the beer.
Might have a red on the plane. Wonder if they'll serve dinner too?
Yep, my Lexus bills never come in much better for a major service
Lexus' are that exxy to service? At least you're unlikely to have any faults with them esp. if you treat them well.
Damn this year is a tough year for me, financially that is, as I was recently was hit with a $15K strata bill for major rectification works. At least its an investment property and will be offset as a deduction for tax purposes.
I think dinner starts after 6pm IIRC. I guess your next post will confirm.
As for what the dinner is, now that is a more interesting guess....
Ouch! I was told the next service for my b*s will be expensive (by the dealer at the last service) so not looking forward to that. At least my Corolla servicing cost is capped for the first 3 years.A 'standard' service never comes in less than 1k..
