Still the humane method is the put them in a bag, using a similar method to dog poo collection. Tie up the top and put it in a freezer.

No argument with that logic. It's just that I prefer to despatch them ASAP, and fling them over the 30m cliff at the back of my property.

Oh, not at all, Medhead. I'm one of the apparent minority who has zero tolerance for drugs, and believe if you break a country's law, you should be prepared to accept their punishment. And I also believe there's a place for capitol punishment - ref: Anita Cobby, Ebony Simpson. Not many agree, but that's fine - it's just my opinion.

As for cane toads - freezer, or four-by-two? I care not. The only good one is a dead one.

I remember a friend videoing his back yard antics of giving some toads his best Driver shots - he has a gully behind his house do they were naturally returned to the earth.

I used to use the chlorine and break fluid goodbye until I got a set of golf clubs. Those were the days.

My wife and kids found the first cane toad in our garage late last week - jumped out of our dogs water bowl. Alas I couldn't find it when I got home. But the bowl got an extra good clean

I am trying to call the ATO to verify for a digital certificate for our business. Cannot proceed without talking to them. I have rung several times a day - they are extremely busy and cant even record a message for a call back. How do they expect people to do business.

Some may have noticed a little band-aid on my forehead on the weekend. It was actually the result of a sample of a lump taken for a biopsy.

I am now happy to report that I saw the doctor today and the results have come back negative.
