Scum. I don't think there's anything you can do though. Your text should be copyright, but it is unlikely to be easy to enforce, and proving you had the text first is also problematic.
Yeah it's a difficult one. There's also the risk they might bad-mouth my business if I call them on it.
Because of the way they've hacked it, some of the sentences no longer make sense either...

It's difficult and expensive to fight IP issues. Our business is based on IP and we have taken out numerous trademarks around the world as that's the only way to protect it. But it's costly.

A leading Aus online publication actually sent us an email advertising a book written in the US using the exact title of one of our books. So we had to pay for our IP lawyer to send both the publication in Aus and the author in the US to cease and desist. Of course both parties denied the infringement but they did cease.

We were pretty disgusted with the Aus publication as we'd previously written articles for them and knew our work.

I've been having tonsillitis/laryngitis/pharyngitis at least once a year for as long as I can remember. Have antibiotics on hand and usually pain free after 2-3 days. That's if it doesn't last for months which has happened a few times.

Yes it is a conspiracy.

Nope. I had mine out 25 years ago, and a friend had hers out during uni.

As in they stopped whipping them out at the mere hint of tonsillitis. Going back to the early 1980s I was told they wouldn't even consider taking my tonsils until the third bout of tonsillitis and even then it would depend on the severity of each event. SWMBO and her sister have had multiple severe tonsillitis over time including as adults and no suggestion of removal.

As with circumcision, it is no longer a routine procedure. Or perhaps that's just in Queensland and South Australia

Mine were whipped out at age 6. over 60 years ago. So every couple of years if stressed or tired I cop a rotten throat. I've founfd gargling with soluble Aspro gives immediate topical relief plus then the painkilling element kicks in. Otherwise try any gargle with anaesthetic in it, I think Cepacol is one

This is very good quality paper - Cruiserette has bought 30 odd cartons over last month or so @ $15/carton - I have checked 2 Woolies Stores tonight and will be buying 50 cartons tomorrow morn - go get 'em kids - you won't see cheaper

Not available at my local Woolies, maybe just a Victorian thing?
They did have the same paper, but just sold single at $6.00 a ream.

On another note, just updated my "reject calls from this number" phone number list on my Samsung switch. (and mobile)
24 x 03.........
9 x 02......
6 x 07.....
3 x 08....
and 3 mobile numbers.
Guess Victoria is the "call centre" capitol??

Was one of the 02 numbers 8015 7641? I believe this is a call centre and I've had it on my phone at least 8 times in the last two weeks. I'm still trying to figure out how to block specific numbers on my Nexus 4.

No. but thanks for the heads-up, I will add it to my blocked callers.

You need to add the number to your contact list first (I call mine "do not answer") then you can block it.

found this for you - hope it works
From any Home screen, tap the All apps AllAppsicon.jpgicon.
Tap People.
Tap the name of the contact you want to block.
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap to select All calls to Voicemail.
Note: A blue check mark will appear next to All calls to voicemail.

Excellent, thank you.

Some of the scammers from Overseas, now redirect their calls via legitimate Australian numbers.

I'm pretty sure that 02 80_____ came up when I was receiving calls from the Australian Trade mission in a couple of African countries. I interpreted it as the call coming ?VOIP from Africa to some govt 'switch' and that number was displayed.

If you are getting junk calls, maybe they are utilising similar technology / routing?

Is that local anesthetic? Adrenalin? :(

Free Burritos in Toowong today from 11:00am-8:00pm and a gold coin donation. Queues about 15-20 minutes long all day.

I'd decided that a free burrito and ink that will take 2-3 days to wash out is not worth waiting in line for 15-20 minutes. And I still haven't tried a burrito.

Anyone else here have their desk situated some distance away from the rubbish bin and attempts to throw their rubbish into said bin similar to shooting basketball hoops?
