I would be checking on hours of operation for sure !!! Some extended day care operate from 6am and go quite late as well. :-|
 
Noise would be a concern. Height of the building might be a concern. Costs will be your issue. Go to your council's website and download the local laws, it should provide answers in to construction noise.
 
Why is deception the number 1 marketing ploy in financial corporations?

Received an email from HSBC in April. Spend $1500 in May on your Visa and we'll post you a $25 Coles Myer gift card by 30 June 2015. I spend $1520 on Wish cards.

It is now August and I have to waste time complaining and waiting for outcome. Not nice. They should send out 2 gift cards for the inconvenience.
 
In the UK it's been consistently more expensive than unleaded, as opposed to mainland Europe (and Republic of Ireland) where it's cheaper than unleaded.

finally in Oz it's cheaper than unleaded. we've been ripped off for so long. less refined product used by an increasing market ( now 50+% of the market).. should be cheaper always
 
I've sold monorails to Sea World, Brisbane and Sydney, and by gum it put them on the map!

Should be able to recycle the Sydney one now!

I think Hobart actually asked Sydney for theirs, when it was announced to be taken down. :rolleyes:

But why have a monorail when you've got the world's best round-about? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
 
Gremlins in Qantas hotel bookings today.
Just booked Tamworth for end of the month, $2.00 more for 6 points per dollar spend.
Print out recept/booking only showing the ususal 3 points.
15 minutes on the phone, "yes, we are having issues with the system, we will manually post the extra points to your account"
 
Payback for being nice and leaving my dog inside on a cold day. The box, text book and bag of dog food that she destroyed (but strangely didnt eat) were all outside the room...how she got them into the laundry without getting out herself is a mystery.

I believe one of my mates now has one of the Sydney carriages set up as a cubby house in his back yard
