Operation all went OK, a few minor complications though so I'll be scarce on here over the next few days. On that note, I'm going back to bed.

Hopefully a fully flat bed and that you have a good FA to cater for your needs.:)
All the best.

It's amazing what a good night's sleep can do. The bleeding appears to have 99% stopped which means everything is on track (was told that if it bleeds more than 24 hours to give them a call).

Now.... to enjoy my day off as it's back to work on Monday:!:

I seem to be going through Goo Goo Dolls phase atm. Don't know why. I've played Slide and Iris and a few other of their songs a fair bit over the past few days.

Just to throw things off again, can someone calculate how many posts we are until we crack the post count on the infamous Amex thread?

And on another note, it only just occurred to me that samh004 is very close to 1,000 posts (only about 200 to go). With his only just joined AFF in April this year, that's a rocketing rate!

You and me both Flashware! I am at home as we speak and re-cuperating nicely. Heres to us!

Got to go home last night and have a decent nights sleep in my own bed! Its amazing what 9-10 hrs sleep does to an aching body...

It's just under 5 posts a day, so i'm about a month away I guess. Post counts don't hold much for me these days though, I hit 30k on a forum a few years ago, so nothing else compares anymore.

Since we seem to be talking about music ... I've just gotten my hands on the latest Imogen Heap album, and I love it to bits and pieces. Awesome awesome musician!

I've played the album A Boy Named Goo and Dizzy Up The Girl in the last week, only 6 more albums to go!
Yes, both of them are good, but I think they got better with (my favourite albums) Superstar Carwash and Hold Me Up, as Wikipedia notes:

Wikipedia said:
Superstar Car Wash, or simply "SSCW", marks the end of the Takac, grungier era, and the beginning of the Rzeznik, more polished era.

The later ones have seen a slide to mediocrity...a pity

He might find it therapeutic and end up liking it. ;).
thegurio, you were close

I like shopping, but nowhere near as much as QF009, I'll warrant...plus we'll definitely be shopping in different stores for different fashion

Wish I could say the same :( Very broken sleep for me. I can only breathe through my mouth at the moment which makes it hard to eat/drink/sleep. The irony of the situation is once I'm all better, I'll end up with much better sleep as I'll be able to breathe through my nose properly :)

My sister had to deal with that for a very long time when she was asthmatic.

Here's to a speedy recovery, D1.

I've got mild asthma, and when I woke up after the op yesterday needed to have a neb! (which is crazy, cause I've only ever used my ventolin before as it's very mild asthma) Certainly has made for an interesting time

Cheers:!:

I'm just looking forward to breathing through my nose again :p it's the simple pleasures in life
