Crossing double lines? Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Here you just trundle along behind until you reach a section of road where you can overtake legally. I'd still investigate the use of headlights and illegal crossing of lines, couldnt hurt...

Congrats to MasterP!

Thankyou for the Congrats!

Totally agree about the double lines thing. Its madness. And sadly it will take something awful to happen and this will be used as a defence.

The internet thinks its crazy too

She does enjoy a spot of painting. But I think I'll task her with keeping the baby out of the way.

London calling so it is time to leave behind the Swiss chocolates with our family name on them and fly out of Zurich.
I did order some Hotel Chocolat chocolates thru topcashback.co.uk and the rebate is 12.6% today.

It wasn't me who started the chocolate company nor did those 50 million Swiss Francs materialise when I needed them to pay the hotel room bill. I now think both the Swiss lawyer and my Svetlana have been getting the better of me.

Am I too late to tell you to go Dulux GarrettM?
My brother flew the Australian Dulux paint to his south of France home because he knows it will not need repainting.
Naturally he is a PhD scientist and his PhD school mate perfected the paint before he retired from Dulux.
Having seen the photos of your brothers place, I'd hate to think of the cost - both in paint and delivery :o

Fable of the Hedgehog
It was the coldest winter ever. Many animals died because of the cold. The Hedgehogs; realising the situation, decided to group together to keep warm. This way they covered and protected themselves but the quills of each one wounded their closest companions.
After a while they decided to distance themselves one from the other and they began to die alone and frozen. So they had to make a choice; either accept the quills of their companions or disappear from the Earth. Wisely; they decided to go back to being together. They learned to live with the little wounds caused by the close relationship with their companions in order to receive the body heat that came from the others. This way they were able to survive.
The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people but when each individual learns to live with the imperfections of others and can admire the other person's good qualities.

The moral of the story is:

Just learn to live with the cough in your life . . . . !!!

Don't laugh. This is serious. Went to Woolworths at DFO in Brisbane to buy some things earlier and this guy was walking around in thongs. I seeemed to go into every aisle where he was there walking. Can't stand that flip, flop noise over and over. It gets on my nerves.

And the more you think about it the more it gets in your face. Just like screeching leaking noise from headphones on trains. Arrgghhhh. Why does it need to be that loud that I can hear it from 4-5 metres away?

So much for going to the USA for the weekend.

Try and get Status Credits and points might work. I once booked a with a major carrier the day before departure, however my flight plans changed, and did not pay cash/credit card. The next day had phone calls from the airline looking for me. Despite telling them I cannot make it, I still got the SC and Points. Go figure, it was a shame that only economy tickets, should booked:mrgreen: a higher class

I think you'd be hard pressed to claim for flights you didn't take, let alone check in for.
