Congratulations! Taste is what matters for home cooks, BC20. My oldest recipe is from my mother from 1964 for Orange Soufflé. Doesn't matter whether it turns our like a soufflé or a runny orange desert, still tastes good! (Actually it's better if it comes out a a soufflé, but I don't tell others that. )

Long range plans were always difficult.

I still remember planning sick days months in advance and >80% of the time it would rain spoiling the game of golf. Still think it was God punishing me for being dishonest.

Checked if for my return SYD-BNE flight earlier and then saw the departure board in the lounge. The flight is scheduled to depart ~50 minutes late. :shock:

How can one person have such an atrocious on time performance over and over? Even Bundy Bear could not believe it and texted me that I must be on that flight.

Sometimes the best things you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess.
Just breathe. And have faith that everything will turn out for the best.
