Husband needs an inflatable wedge for travelling because since hes started sleeping with a wedge pillow behind his back, hes stopped snoring overnight (yeah!).
:)

Can you post a photo of this marvellous device ??

We initially got a pillow as he had a few reflux issues but the no more snoring was an additional bonus.

The foam pillow we have at home is from Clark Rubber.

The inflatable one, thanks to Kindle free cough, I knew they existed, just had to find them. Toughage at Alibaba as eBay price was too high.

Which would be poor forward planning, if true - mining and such does go in cycles and it'll only be a matter of time before it's in an up swing again...

I don't disagree - but the price tag for these things makes them hard political pills to swallow in today's vox-pop environment.

The trains were a commitment exceeding $1b over 15 years - I can imagine the cost for a new runway and doubling of current terminal space - plus related infrastructure - would be a similar *big* ticket.

I'm of the school that debt from borrowings to build infrastructure, and create jobs, is not a bad thing - but that is a hard story to sell, when the debt dog-whistle gets blown.

And, sadly, our state finances are, quite frankly, $hit. We have a ballooning state debt and lowering state income. There is no easy solution - as the next few WA governments will inevitably find out.

Re: Rumour:[Denied by RR] Qantas to ban JQ SYD-MEL pax from F lounges & send to J lou

I have heard that that big white building on top of the hill emits a lot of hot air. Should be warmer there!

haha - yeah, the pointy roof one.

Interesting to see tourist trends change over the years.

Chiang Mai full of Spanish bogans. I have only really noticed past couple of months. Very loud and easily take over any room they visit including PG Boutique lounge.

Aussie bogans have some serious competition.

Apart from language are they distinguishable from the usual version?

Seems I picked right night to eat at Boa Steakhouse Santa Monica - Sunday nts 50% off wine - so the USD82 Malbec imm became USD41 - I can live with that!

With the allergy, are you a fast runner to escape then?
Funny you should mention that - I arrived ~20:00 - restaurant full - even bar seats - they found a spare table under patio outside on Santa Monica Blvd - I sat there alone minding my own beaswax just eatin' and drinkin' - a little chicky babe in a hoodie and big white sunnies came and sat on table adjacent.

She proceeded to order a coke and a bowl of soup - after consuming soup and half coke she did a 'dine and dash' - I did not see her leave nor did any staff - broke me up when waitress described her actions. Nah I'll pay - hurt as it will - I'll pay.

I have heard about coughs CE. Wasn't that a subject in Cosmopolitan a few years ago?
If you are a lousy tipper at a great US steakhouse just remember their steak knives are sharp.

I read THAT Cosmopolitan in Perth when I was 16 and travelling with my parents on a family holiday. Or maybe it was Cleo? I cant remember it was so long ago. Dont remember the holiday much. Do remember the article though!

I elected to participate in the Telstra buy back. Left it wide open as to terms. Only a quarter of the shares were taken back. Glad I didnt do a purchase of the number I offered assuming 100% buy back!

Behave exactly the same. Dress exactly the same. Loud and rude.
Ewww, sounds awful. Large groups of any nationality can be a bit bogan and something I try desperately to avoid, unlike my brother who tends to travel in a group.....not for this little black duck. I have travelled with SIL and nephew once or twice but never again. Painful in the extreme.
